Conveniently located at 3404 Werk Rd., the Selections Suite contains virtually all the resources you will need to add the finishing touches to both the interior and exterior of your home. There, our professional interior designer and Selections Coordinator, Amy Bernard, will assist you in making selections that reflect your personal taste and style. Amy’s experience and tasteful suggestions will guide you through the decorating process every step of the way. So when it is time to move into your new home, you can be sure that all the details will be in place. |

Exterior Finishes Start the selections process by choosing the exterior finish for your new home including the brick, stone, stucco, shingles and other exterior finishing details. You may see a brick or exterior finish that you like on an existing house or you can work with Amy to make your selection. From there you’ll continue to shape the exterior with window selections, exterior paint and stain colors, doors, and other accents. |

Kitchen Appointments Following exterior finishing choices, the heart of the home, the kitchen and all its details are next. You’ll pick cabinets, appliances and other kitchen features from the extensive selection of quality cabinetmakers and other suppliers. Cabinet woods and finishes will be followed by flooring and trim to be coordinated with the kitchen and the rest of the home. |

The Final Touches - Lighting and Hardware Finally, lighting fixtures and the hardware items such as handles, knobs, casing and base trim all need to be carefully reviewed and chosen.
